Educational Qualifications:
- Managerial Positions: Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) or a bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience.
- Officer Positions: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of banking or financial experience, or Semi-Qualified CA with 5 years of experience.
- Assistant Positions: Proficiency Certificate or similar qualification with 3 years of experience in microfinance, or Semi-Qualified CA.
- Legal Officer: Bachelor’s degree in law with experience and certification.
Age Limit:
- Managerial Positions: 21 to 50 years old.
- Officer Positions: 21 to 40 years old.
- Assistant Positions: 18 to 35 years old (female candidates get an additional 5 years).
